How do you ensure my artwork arrives safely?
We take great care in packaging our art. Prints are shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes, while framed items and canvases are secured with corner protectors and industrial-strength bubble wrap in double-walled boxes.
What is your return policy for art pieces?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping generally takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer framing services for your prints?
Yes, many of our prints offer an 'Add a Frame' option on the product page. We use high-quality wood or polystyrene frames with plexiglass to protect the integrity of the artwork.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the physical product?
While we strive for color accuracy, please note that screen settings vary. Our professional photography ensures the digital image is as close to the physical piece as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international territories. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
