At Black Art Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of African American art and gifts. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials and protective layers to ensure the artwork is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
